Now....
Why do I say Now? Because, thankfully, that is all there is. I have lived for too long in the past, or worrying about the future. But that ends NOW, for there is no time like the present moment and I want to LIVE in it!
So, here I AM. Rolls of fat, wrinkles, wind-blown hair and all!
That's just a form-ality! There is so much more than meets the eye!
How did I come to all of this? Well, it all started at a "More Truth Will Set You Free" Workshop, brought to the world by the most genuinely, loving being I have ever met, Derek O'Neill from Dublin, Ireland.
With the gentle guidance of Derek, who I am blessed to call my friend and spiritual Teacher, I have found so much inside of myself that I didn't realize was there and still more awaits my discovery, deep within. The ancient wisdom and teachings that Derek brings into the Now and teaches in everyday language that I can understand has awakened and empowered me to see who I really am and why I'm here! I really am the "Creator of my own destiny," and I have watched my life change for the better as I have experienced this to be the truth.
I realize now, thanks to the teachings, that all the events in my life that I looked at as losses were actually just experiences I needed to have to bring me closer to enlightenment. To see it all as a gift.
I am truly grateful to be a member of SQ Wellness. I am overwhelmed by the constant love and support that I find there in the ever-growing, community of like-minded souls whose collective mission it is to love all and serve all.
I could go on and on about all that I have experienced since that first More Truth Will Set You Free Workshop, but it would just be my experiences. So much has changed in my life, and continues to change, ALL FOR THE BETTER!
